Barb founded Live Right Senior Care in response to the demand for quality, dependable, and affordable in-home care. Barb has an extensive academic background as well as practical experience in healthcare, ministry and business. Barb’s strong leadership and diverse background equips her to develop people and support our clients and their families. Bringing her ministry and nursing background together with her communication skills, Barb hopes to ensure that families know where to turn when help is needed. Prior to owning Live Right Senior Care, Barb served as a professor in China and as a missionary in Bosnia and Sri Lanka providing humanitarian aid. She finds no greater joy than walking alongside people in times of transition. When she is not at work, Barb enjoys spending time with her dog Joey (a brilliant Cavachon). She also enjoys playing tennis and racquetball and serves on the worship and leadership teams at her church. Lisa joined the Live Right Senior Care team in May of 2014 as a part time caregiver while working on her bachelor’s degree at Illinois State University. After spending two years in Southern Illinois, Lisa decided to transfer schools and finish her psychology degree at Saint Xavier University. While attending SXU, Lisa became an intern Care Manager for Live Right Senior Care working directly under our Director of Operations. As an intern, she had the opportunity to shadow our managers and caregivers to experience all facets of in-home caregiving and care management. Upon graduating in 2017, Lisa was hired on full time to work as an Account Manager where she would handle a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities relating to Human Resources, Marketing, Financial, Care Coordination and Client Relations. Lisa has played a huge role in reworking and developing processes at Live Right to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Lisa has had the opportunity to grow with our company over the years and to develop great relationships with our management team, clients, and caregivers. Aside from work, Lisa likes spending her free time outdoors with her dog and family. She enjoys taking her dog for long walks, hiking, bike riding and occasionally painting. Sandy joined the Live Right team as the Director of Operations after working as a Children’s Ministry Director for a large church in Tennessee. She comes with over 30 years of experience in equipping and training others to serve with patience and compassion. Sandy has successfully led various teams to achieving a common goal by developing strengths and fostering a spirit of team work.

At Live Right Senior Care, she is responsible for developing the continuing education program which provides Caregivers with the knowledge and skills to handle any situation that may arise. Sandy finds great satisfaction in training Caregivers and building relationships between them and our Clients to ensure they receive the very best care. She enjoys meeting seniors and their families and knowing that Live Right’s services make it possible for seniors to stay safe in their own homes.

Ana joined the Live Right Senior Care team in late 2011 as a live-in CNA. Ana has ten years of experience in providing all levels of care ranging from Companionship to Dementia care, and End-of-Life care. In 2014, Ana decided to leave Live Right to raise her daughter and to pursue other interests. While working with another agency, she was promoted to Client Care Manager in 2016 but soon returned to Live Right in 2018. Upon return, Ana was asked to join our management team as a Client Relations Manager. In both roles, Ana has handled many aspects of management such as intake assessments, care plans, scheduling, quarterly client visits, and other internal office tasks. More specifically, as Client Relations Manager for Live Right, she is responsible for quarterly client visits, ongoing communication with caregivers and clients, managing employee training and evaluations, and other internal office tasks. When she is not at work, Ana likes to spend time with her daughter, their dogs and family whenever possible. Ana enjoys reading, nature walks, and shopping in her free time. Baylee joined the Live Right Senior Care team in June of 2021 as a part-time “behind the scenes” office administrator but her role quickly developed into a full-time career. She graduated from Otterbein University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in finance, minoring in accounting and business administration. Following college graduation, she earned the title of General Manager of her own store of a well-known restaurant chain. Baylee’s main responsibilities at LRSC include billing and payroll, human resources, marketing efforts, general office administrative tasks, and maintaining accounts as a homecare supervisor. When she is not at work, Baylee is typically spending time with her younger brother! She enjoys spending time with family, finding new recipes to try, hanging out with her cats, and trying her hand at arts and crafts.
